Great video! Balance is key since relationships all play a massive roles in our lives.

I also have a tendency to become “mono focused” on my career and let other areas in my life slide. I think it’s important to understand your top 10 values. Then you can see why we take the actions we take on a daily basis.

Balance is key, between all 6 different areas in our lives. Without it, we are not living in harmony. :)

I totally get what you mean by having set time for working and how much more you get done when you balance the 2 area's of life. Without that balance, I too was a so called workaholic. I might still be but by setting time to do things with the ones that I love, I have the balance and the recharge that I never had before. Makes a world of difference. Steve Hey John
