@Rose Goddess, You are so bang on with that one. Taking action is such an important thing. And I know about having a bit of the entitlement mentality too. For me, it has not been a walk in the park too. Also, your comment was at a perfect moment. I was doing a training video right when your comment came is so they saw what comments really look like. Great video Steven! I think I still have a little bit of an entitlement mentality (it's the little adorable brat inside me;) LOL but that doesn't stop me from taking action.
